Terms and Conditions

Before you start using Grandfield's website or service, take a moment to go through these terms and conditions.

Interpretation and Definitions

Some words in here are capitalized because they have specific meanings. These definitions apply whether we're talking about one thing or many. Here's what we mean when we use certain terms: • Affiliate means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or shares control with a party. • Country refers to: Washington, United States • Company (referred to as "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to Grandfield. • Device could be a computer, mobile phone, tablet, or anything similar you use to get to the service. • Service means the Grandfield website. • Terms and Conditions (also "Terms") is basically the whole agreement between you and us about how you use the service. • Third-party Social Media Service means services or content from other companies that show up or are available through our service. • Website is Grandfield's online platform. • You means the individual, company, or legal entity using or accessing the service.

Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions set the rules for using Grandfield and spell out the agreement between you and us. They lay out what rights and responsibilities everyone has when they're using the service. Your access to the service depends on you accepting these Terms. They apply to everyone who visits or uses it. By accessing the service you're agreeing to follow these Terms. If any part doesn't work for you, you shouldn't use the service. You're confirming you're at least 18 years old. Grandfield doesn't allow anyone younger than that.

Links to Other Websites

You might find links on our website that go to other websites or services we don't own or run. Grandfield doesn't control what's on those sites and we're not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or how they operate. You understand that if something goes wrong because of third-party websites, content, products, or services you found through our links, that's not on us.

Termination

We can cut off your access without warning or explanation if we need to, and for pretty much any reason including if you break these Terms. Once that happens, you can't use the service anymore.

Limitation of Liability

Whatever damage you end up dealing with, Grandfield and its suppliers' total liability under these Terms is capped at what you actually paid for using the service. If you haven't spent anything, the limit is a hundred dollars. Grandfield and its suppliers won't be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (like lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury, or loss of privacy from using or not being able to use the service, third-party software or hardware, or anything in these Terms). This applies even if we knew this could happen and even if other remedies don't work.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The service comes as-is and as-available, complete with whatever faults or problems exist. Under the law, Grandfield and its Affiliates don't make any warranties about the service—not express ones, implied ones, legal ones, or anything else. We're not promising it's merchantable, that it'll work for what you need, that the title is clear, that it doesn't infringe on anything, or any other standard warranty that normally comes with dealing with a service. We're not claiming: (i) that the service or its content will work smoothly or always be there; (ii) that you won't run into interruptions or errors; (iii) that the information is accurate, dependable, or up to date; or (iv) that the service, our servers, the content, or emails won't have viruses, scripts, worms, malware, or anything harmful.

Governing Law & Disputes Resolution

The laws of the Country apply to these Terms and how you use the service, except for the rules about which state's laws take priority. Your use might also fall under other local, state, national, or international laws. If something comes up with the service that bothers you, we ask that you try working it out informally first by reaching out to Grandfield.

Compliance & Regulations

For European Union (EU) Users: If you're in the EU, your country's laws protect you with certain mandatory provisions that we have to follow. United States Legal Compliance: You're confirming that (i) you're not in a country under US government embargo or considered a supporter of terrorism, and (ii) you're not on any US government list of people or companies we can't do business with.

Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms can't be enforced or isn't valid, we'll change or interpret it to make it work as much as the law allows. Everything else stays in effect. If we don't use a right or insist on something being done, that doesn't mean we've lost that right or can't use it later. And if we let something slide one time, that doesn't mean we're okay with it happening again.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

These Terms might have been translated, but if there's ever a dispute, the original English version is what counts. We can change or replace these Terms whenever we want. If we make big changes, we'll give you at least a month's notice before they take effect. If you keep using the service after the changes go live, you're accepting the new version. These terms and conditions took effect on August 5, 2026.
